This isn’t a cohort, a masterclass, or a playbook.
It’s not about ticking boxes, building a personal brand, or networking your way up.
This is a slow, intentional process—rooted in conversation, presence, and mutual alignment. I’m offering one spot because that’s what it takes to go deep. I want to work with someone who’s not just looking for advice, but who’s ready to see themselves more clearly—and lead from that place.
If you’re used to performance-based leadership, this may feel different. There’s no need to impress here. But there is a need to be honest—with me, and with yourself.
What you write, what you share, how you reflect—it all matters. Because how you show up here is likely how you show up in your team, your life, and your leadership.
You might be an engineering leader, a product thinker, a founder, or somewhere in between. You understand the ecosystem—and you care about shaping it from within.
Maybe you’re already in a formal leadership role. Or maybe you’re on the edge of stepping into one. Either way, you’re someone others look to—and you’re starting to feel the weight and responsibility of that.
You’ve started to notice your patterns. You care about how you show up, how you’re received, and how you respond. You may not have all the answers (none of us do), but you’re willing to do the inner work.
You want more than visibility or promotion. You want clarity. Presence. Impact. And you’re willing to explore narrative, emotion, and systems—not just performance and output.
This programme is open for FREE to one person each year. Not because I want to make it exclusive—but because real, deep work needs time, care, and presence. I want to offer that fully, and I want the person receiving it to feel fully met.
I’m not looking for perfect answers or polished bios. I’m looking for someone who’s ready to lead from a more honest place. Someone who is curious, reflective, and willing to grow—not just in role, but in voice and presence.
These questions are part of that process. Take your time. Be real. There are no right answers—just your answers.
And if this is your year, I’ll meet you there.
